There is a REST API - Batch Actions, which allows combining multiple operations into a single HTTP request 

Documentation: REST API for Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud
there are 4 operations (get, create, update, replace, delete),

1- what is the use case for "replace" I couldn't find any example of how it works.
