I wanted to write this article to share some information related to the new feature 'Rate Based Services' and to address some issues that a few customers have been reporting.

Issue:

When a customer attempts to create a requisition using, for instance the Enter Requisition Line flow and Non Catalog Request flows, the system throws an error. This article has a bit more context and detail on exactly what is happening: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/ba0a7d550a.

Why this issue:

Seed File corruption in Update 20D has resulted in this issue surfacing for customers attempting to use this new seeded line type.
