Error while trying to deploy orchestration process

We are facing this issue when we try to deploy the orchestration process. Recently the error has started to appear, else we have deployed many orchestration processes in the past.

Orchestration process XXXX was not deployed. Check the server connectivity or user name and password combination. (DOO-2685590)

We found a note '2673824.1', but doesnt seem to be relevant as we are using fusion credentials to deploy and not single sign-on.

Any pointers?
