What is the best method of extracting large amounts of base data from FCCS? We have attempted extracting this data set through data management and smartview and been unsuccessful due to the following:

Data Management - extract times out due to the size of data which is expected to exceed the 65,000 row limit in XLS files.  An SR with Oracle suggested splitting up the extract however this is not desirable.

SmartView - exceeds Excel limits.

Are there other methods available to extract this data from FCCS?  The preference is to have this in a CSV or similar delimited format which was previously done in HFM through Extended Analytics.
