Oracle Apex in Cloud ATP is unavailable. Says HTTP ERROR 503 Service Unavailable

Hello,

I have a free ATP account in Cloud in India - Hyderabad region.

The DB is up and running and I can access it from my SQL Developer as well.

But I am unable to access Oracle Apex and always I get the error 

HTTP ERROR 503 Service Unavailable

URI: /ords/f
STATUS: 503
MESSAGE: Service Unavailable
SERVLET: -

 

Please help me with this.
