Summary

Dock scheduler throws error "tender status prevents appointment being scheduled". Fleet ships are not tendered. how to create dock appts for them?

My scenario only deals with fleet shipments which dont go through the tendering process. However, the company still wants to create dock appointments using gantt chart aiming to control docks workload. 

When I try to create an appointment for a fleet shipment, system throws out the error:

Shipment DOMAIN.XXXXX tender status prevents appointment being scheduled. 

Is it possible to remove tender status validation from the action allowing any shipment to be scheduled?

BTW: The property glog.appointment.servprov.ignoreShipmentAsWorkStatus = true looks like it does that for SAW shipments.
