Data Type not displaying in forms or Smartview

Our application does not appear to be evaluating the datatype of our members. We cannot get our accounts to show as currency or percentages. 

Our evaluation order is 1) Source, 2) Scenario, 3) Account, 4) Period.

I have confirmed that the Data Type of Source and Scenario are Unspecified for the intersection being looked at....after each change I have refreshed the database.

In a last ditch effort, I changed the data type of every member in the evaluation order to Currency, and it is still not showing as a currency. Is there some property I am missing that would cause this?
