Summary

Data Management – Multi Column with Period dimension as driver load rule ignores the selected start period and always picks the first data column in the file.

Content

Hi Folks,

I have a data load rule setup with the following settings:

1. File Type: Multi Column Numeric Data

2. FD: Comma

3. Amount expression: Driver=Period;Column=7,18

As indicated in the expression, the file I'm trying to load has twelve periods starting from column 7.

Issue: Data Management ignores the selected start period and always loads data starting from the first data column in the file. For example, if I want to load the last six periods in the file and select Jun-FY21 as the start period and Dec-FY21 as end period, Data Management ignores the selected period and loads Jan-FY21-Jun-FY21 data in Jun-FY21-Dec-FY21 in Planning.

Howdy, Stranger!
