New Supplier Notification is an email only notification that the application sends to supplier contacts when you confirm to enter into spend relationship with the supplier i.e. when you promote the prospective supplier to spend authorized. The notification is configurable and allows you to have your own email subject, email body and attachments that you may want to send to your suppliers whom you approve as spend authorized.
