Regex Code for Current Date

I am looking for a way to set a Validation on a property that is a Date.  I want to limit the submitter to only selecting a date that is the current or future date.  Currently, the user can select dates in the past.  I identified the "before" logic in the validation but can not find a way to call out the current date.  Is there a coding that can do this?
