Execute Segmentation in Demand Management Cloud - Schedule/API

Hi,

We have a segmentation created using product and customer dimensions.

Since we upload items/customers everyday from external systems, new item/customer sites will be created as part of data collection. These new items/customers are not assigned to right segments unless we execute the segmentation manually.

Can we schedule this process in anyway to run everyday at specific time? or

Is there a web-service available to execute the segmentation?
