At the moment we are creating expense requisitions for stock items, which in turn are creating transfer orders.  However, even before we have performed a pick, reservations are being made against the on-hand quantity which is preventing us issuing stock items through miscellaneous transaction, despite the fact that we are able to have a negative stock balance.

Has anyone any suggestions on how we can resolve this issue as it is turning into a real issue.
