We have to issue rebates to customers on a quarterly basis. It doesn't make sense for us to create credit memos in AR, because they may be setting there for a long time. It makes more sense for us the issue a payment from AP and send them an ACH/Check/Wire. I know in EBS this was possible with Trading Community Architecture, but I cannot find any documentation or guidance as to whether or not this is possible to do on the cloud? Currently we do not have our customers set up as suppliers in AP.
