How to read data from DBCS & Convert to FBDI Format in OIC

Hello all,

We have requirement to automate the Requisition FBDI Import into Oracle ERP cloud. Our source system enters the data into DBCS Table. I need inputs on how to read the data from DB table and convert it to FBDI format so that i can import them

1) source application is custom ADF DI Excel enabled Workbook that inserts data into table (DBCS).

2) we can develop pl/sql package to transform the source data as per FBDI format and enter in there Requisition hdr/lines/dist Temp tables.

after this how can we read the data from above DB tables and convert them to FBDI format to automate it from OIC. Any Example/suggestions is highly appreciated.
