We have a scenario, where we need to send auto email to all latest CC contacts . As there is no standard way which send auto response to latest CC contact.

Currently our agent goes to Audit log tab and copy CC contact maunally, to prevent we have created a CPM code which sent an auto email in a specific period of time.

But the problem is here that CPM code is using defaut "FROM mail Box Address" instead of incident mail box address. 

Is there any way through which we can force our code to use Same Mailbox address whcih were use in incident.
