Summary

Unable to save query when trying to use the NVL command with a logical sql

Content

Hi All,

I hope someone is able to help me with an issue that I am having.

I have a query that I am trying to allow the users to select a specific employee OR select all employees if the parameter is left blank

I tried to add the following condition to my query and "Worker"."Person Number" = nvl(:person_number, "Worker"."Person Number") but my query fails to load SQL so I can't save the condition.

Then I tried and ("Worker"."Person Number" is not null OR "Worker"."Person Number" = :Person_number) but this didn't appear to work either
