Test and dev emails started to go to user mailboxes

Hi Everyone
We received 21A not a long ago on test and dev and all our BPM notifications and all the report job outputs started to be sent to user mailboxes. We managed to set the 'Test Notification Email Address' in BPM Administration to the desired one and we thought it solved our problem with the BPM notifications.
(My other issue with that admin setting is that before we had to do this, everything came to our test mailbox and we saw in the recipient field the users' mail address. With this setting turned on and populated, we lost this ability. Recipient is our test mailbox in all cases, which is a loss of functionality.)
