What is the enable scoring and weighted section for in the Review templates. We plan to create a new review template just with goals and no competency. We have assigned ratings scale . What does the enable scoring does and what does the section Goal Scoring Calculation  --> Use Goal calculation for? Will it use the ratings we have attached to the template?

 

when do we need to use section weight? what is the impact if we don't enable it but just use rating scale?
