Hi,

 

In OTL, We have a requirement when an employee has a Time Card Approver assigned to them the Time Card should go to the Time Card Approver else it should go to the Line Manager.

We created Supervisor Type called Time Card Approver. 

 

In BPM we have configured the rules as below 

Rule1 

IF Lists is a List and Task is a Task and 

    At least one {

RequestManager is a RequestManager and 

(RequestManager.managerType.toUpperCase() contains "TC_MANAGER")

} Then => Time card approver
