Account Hierarchy disappeared in FRS reports

One of the Account Hierarchies has disappeared in FRS reports after a few modifications in the Account Hierarchy

Hi all,

We made last week a modification in the account hiearchy to add 2 new members in 2 account hiearchies (Setup And Maintenance/Financials/Financial Reporting Structure): all the "regular" steps were done (unpublih/publish, audit, column/row flattening): everything was OK (active, published), we didn't receive any errors but when the user went in their FRS reports, they were no longer able to see one of he account hierarchies and some of them received also errors for those who had a POV based on the missing account hierarchy.
