Summary

construction Industry doesn't have a concept of finished good. How to create Product Structure and work definition for a Construction Project

Content

While a Project Based Construction doesn't have a concept of a finished good, in order to drive supply planning, we would need to define product structure and possibly a work definition.

Has any one had any experience in putting together a product structure for a Project to do planning? Can we avoid creating a work definition to mimic a project and project schedule?

How do you put a demand for construction project?

What are the other challenges when we try to model a construction industry supply chain like a manufacturing one.

Howdy, Stranger!
