The Ability to Report on Task Manager Comments

Our business partner would like to have a report that shows which tasks were on time, which were late, and the comments added in the task, so they don't have to go into each of the late tasks and see if there is a comment that says something like 'I did this thing on time, but I submitted the task late'. 

I raised an SR but they are telling me there is not a way to report on the comments. Could we add this to a furture release?
