FCCS YTD Input - Not Calculating Periodic

Hi All,

I am loading Year to Date amounts for a client using the YTD Input functionality to calculate the periodic balances. The calculation doesn't seem to be triggering and I am seeing YTD equal my Periodic view. I feel I have tried everything to resolve this but I have hit a wall and wanted to see if anyone in this group had any thoughts on how to get the calculation to work properly. I will attach a screen shot of my Import Format and Work bench below for reference.
