Hi Team, 

Allow Negative ETC on the projects not working even though the same is Enables at Planning Options of Financial Plan type Forescast Defination.

1- when we are creating Forecast version from Budget initially Form Generate from another source . Allow Negative ETC options shows as not enabled in The Generation Options ,where the same is enable in manage financial Plan Type ,when defining Forecast Method.

2. When we have 2 forecast versions and want to enable the -ve ETC option , we are not able to edit the Planning options on the Forecast version to enable it.
