RP - Final minimum qty and Final maximum qty

Can you please let me know the logic and process based on which RP computes "Final minimum qty" and "Final maximum qty" measures.

Can you please let me know the logic and process based on which RP computes

1. "Final minimum qty" and

2. "Final maximum qty" measures.

I have situation where the forecast quantity is less and Final min/max qty is high, need to troubleshoot to find the cause. So need to know the logic and process in which RP computes these fields.
