Creating Service Request for handle Multiple Tasks.



Our client has a requirement detailed below:

Business Scenario: They handle multiple tasks that they assign to Technicians at one time. They would like to add all the tasks on the same Service request, order parts and review the statuses.

Example: The Service request : SR001 - Handle all Repairs on the House.

Task -1 : Replace Hot water Heater

Task -2 : Concrete on the drive way needs replaced

Task -3 : Replace fence around the home

Task - 4: Replace all Kitchen cabinets

The use case is they assign all these activities to one Technician, and on a given Service request they would like to capture the Problem description of all activities and generate one Field service work order so they can assign single talk to technician.
