Alerts shoot every two hours

Hi there,

I have opened a SR for that and Oracle is working on it, but I wanted to hear if anyone has had similar experience?

This is a major showstopper for us. A few days before the official launch we practically cannot launch the system since some of the alerts shoot every two hours. I have set enrollment confirmation and completion confirmation alerts that are set to run every hour. The problem for some of these there is an error produced and the user receives her/his enrollment confirmation not once, but indefinitely every two hours. The thing is that some of the alerts do that and others dont. We have tested for months and all was ok. Now, just before launch, we have this major
