How To Embed OTBI Report To Responsive UI (Performance)

Requirement
============
Manager able to see OTBI absence report using me -> career performance page -> Performance-> Employee Performance Document (Specific Employee)

As of now, the OTBI report is simple, few Columns
Person Number, Name, Absence Plan, and Current Balance

I created a Hyperlink on-page and given the destination URL for a report, it is working fine. Its giving all manager reports in a result

Issue
======
Now I need to pass the person number OR PersonID as a parameter, So the manager should able to see specific employee absence details.

I have added a filter of Person ID as Prompt and then try the above URL. Not Getting Result of a specific employee. Its giving all manager reports as a result.
