As we faced some issues with emailing invoices thru customized AR Invoice report after upgrading to 21B, we checked for changes to the standard data model "Transactions Print Data Model" and noticed that below new conditions have been added.  But, we are not sure whether they were introduced in 21B or earlier.  Because, these changes were not mentioned in 21B new features readyness document also (If I am not wrong).  Hence, we are not sure.  Also, we noticed that records are not getting deleted from the table
