Hi All,

We are in the detailed planning phase for one of the power and utility clients in US. As part of this phase, we are performing the supplier field mapping exercise and would want to know the difference between vendor alternate name and alias. We created one sample supplier with both vendor alternate name and alias. Across the procurement module, we are able to query the vendor with alternate names but cannot see the usage for alias. How is alias used and where? Any examples.
