Dear Experts, 

We are  getting  error ""You can't update the ship-to customer site on this transaction. (AR-856788)"  when trying to complete the AR Transaction . We have create customer and supplier as a associated accounts . 

I have followed the document "Unable To Create AR Transaction - You Cannot Update The Ship-to Customer Site On This Transaction. (AR-856788) (Doc ID 2332090.1)"

To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customer Data Management -> Organization
2. Search for Organization.
3. Make the ship to party site use as active and primary.
