Missing elements in SCORMS when accessing through Citrix. Most probably due to bad connectivity

Hi there

We have launched our first couple of regulatory courses recently. Several users have reported elements in the SCORMs missing. I suspect this is related to slow connectivity, but we have not had anything similar with the old LMS. Access normally is from home through the EFG Portal Citrix app.

These are Captivate made courses with images and smart shapes. What happens is that a few of the images or buttons just do not appear on the screen. The rest do appear, but some of the items dont. Hundreds of users have taken these courses so it is not a general issue. I strongly suspect that it is a slow connection. But this leaves me without anything that i can do. Sure, we exported the module as PDF file that is attached as Related Material and this is a workaround but not the smooth one I am looking for.
