Dont want the human coordinator modify performance document. We want the coordinator see the link but cannot have access to it.

HI,

In our organisation is the talent coordinator who gives feed back and manage the performance document.

They have a lot of job and they want the RH coordinator help them in their work. They want the coordinator may transfer and has able to make some action but not edit the individual bilan instead made some action on it by not opening it.

When I've tried to make the action they want the coordinatoe made I realize that they can open the performance document and they dont want.
