Drop down Field based on REST API using the application composer

hi all

We have a requirement wherein we have created a custom page in Oracle Application Composer and for one of the field we want to provide a LOV based on REST API Call. In short, we want that field to display all the values of particular key (i.e. negotiation number here) 

We are are trying to use the below REST API and trying to display Supplier Negotiations into the custom field but not able to do so. 
https://<<POD>>/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/supplierNegotiations

Please let us know how we can achieve this functionality in Application Composer.
