JET UI Alternate Stylesheet - what is best sequence to merge the multiple css files into one file ?

I am using Microsoft Edge DevTools (Override feature) to synch CSS changes made with an Overrides folder on my computer.  However there are many files that get auto created and I can only upload one file as the stylesheet. So I need to cut and paste them into just one file.  I have had success with the following sequence for making changes in commerce quote and line items screens:

1. theme > css > normalize

2. longurls > oj.alta.cs

3. longurls > transactio-...

However, I have recently customized the transaction screen and configuration areas and need to cut and past the following into the stylesheet:
