Intercompany Memo Lines

Is it Possible to Have two different memo lines on the same intercompany invoice.

I have to create intercompany invoices for two different products. They are:

1. Parts

2, Equipment

The accounting is different for each product, but I don't see how I can create an intercompany invoice for both products on one invoice. For external customers we just use two different memo lines to differentiate them on a single invoice, but for internal customers I don't see a way to do this without creating two unique invoices. Is is possible to include both products on the same invoice and accommodate the accounting requirements at the same time.
