Number format conversion (".," to ",.") using SQL in Data Management

Hi everyone!

Is there a way to change the number format in a value in Data Management via an SQL mapping? Since I'm getting several data files with different number formats/delimiter settings, I'd like to check for this via SQL script and turn this around if necessary. 

I realize it would be easier to make sure everybody adheres to the same file convention, but it is what it is. And since I'm getting files with different settings, I cannot use Fill=EuroToUS for obvious reasons.
