How to determine the correct Reporting Identifier to select when running Tax Allocation Process after Select Transactions for Tax Reporting program is ran

When running the Tax Allocation Process, the LOV for Reporting Identifier gets a new value every once in a while for the ledger.

For example: there are 2 values for Reporting Level Ledger:

Ledger A. 3XXXXXXXX. 1

Ledger A. 3XXXXXXXX. 1001

When the Reporting ID selected is 1 - there are no records captured

When the Reporting ID selected is 1001 - there are records captured
