How to fetch PIM Product Catalog in Sales Cloud Products / Product Groups

Hi All,

I am referring to the Oracle doc: Import Sales Products From PIM Data Hub" Scheduled Process Criteria (Doc ID 2562928.1

It mentions that one of the field getting synced over from PIM to Sales Cloud Products is item_catalog_group_id

Is there any way to use this item_Catalog_group_id and fetch its catalog structure via groovy or API calls? 

The idea is to basically fetch the catalog information over to Sales Cloud which can be used to semi-automate product group association to items. 

Any thoughts?
