Users add answers to questions and comments in the assigned task. How do I get a quick overview?

Content

Users are guided through the closing process with the help of tasks. These tasks contain mandatory questions to be answered.
Likewise, comments can be entered by users. (all within the task functionality)

Does anyone know how I can quickly get an overview of the entered answers and comments in the head office?

Does anyone know of possibilities to use own reports to be created here or filter possibilities in the task lists?
