Automatically add the "OPTIONS" method when CORS is enabled for OIC rest based integration APIs trigger is being configured.

Even after enabling the CORS in the OIC integration trigger, a website can’t access the OIC APIs because it needs to make the first call to the “OPTIONS” method. To fix this problem, we need to deploy API into the Oracle API gateway and manually add this method on the “Oracle API Gateway” configuration.
