Custom Role - Access/no access to Compensation/Benefits details based on Employee's Grade.

We would like to create a new custom role based on the preexisting HR Manager _ ViewAll.

This role should be able to access specific pages-fields-details based on employee's grade (by employee we mean the one who we are searching for, not the user who is having this custom role).

For example, as per customer's request, this HR Manager should have access to compensation and benefits for all employees within the company (not only his team) who are in lower or same grade than he is. Details for employees with higher grades should not be visible.

More specifically, this custom role, should have access to all junior's level salary details, but not to CEO.
