Need to override element entry costing based on element input values

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

We have a requirement to override one of the element entry costing segment based on element input values i.e Lets say we have created custom input value for one of the voluntary deduction element as "Company name" with certain list of values and whenever we select one of the value for the company name input value, it should automatically override company segment costing details at element entry level.

Can we achieve this requirement ? If yes, please help me with some suggestions

I know this can we be achieved while loading the data through some loaders like HDL or HSDL but just checking whether we can do this directly on the UI because in our case employees will select these deductions from their Employee self service and they have ability to enter data for just element input values. Now based on the data employee selected for company input value we need to override the company costing segment too.
