Alternate hierarchy maintenance through subscriptions

Summary:

If we insert a member in ERP alternate hierarchy then it doesn't move to FCCS alternate hierarchy through ERP to FCCS subscriptions as the FCCS data storage property should be "Shared" and in node type converter we can't define a expression based on operation that if it is a "ADD" operation in primary hierarchy then FCCS data storage is "Never Share" and if is a "INSERT" operation in alternate hierarchy then FCCS data storage property is "Shared"
