Period dimension, bug or not?

BegBalance getting moved to the bottom of the dimension with unknown reason.

Hi,

It's not the first time I saw the problem within Period dimension, that BegBalance getting moved to the bottom of the dimension with unknown reason, nobody can update that because the period members are out-of-box and do not allow moving up and down, how could that happen? When BegBalance moved to the bottom, it will stop any database refresh because YearTotal becomes the first hierarchy, however YearTotal needs to be Dynamic but ASO requires the first primary hierarchy to be Stored. We cannot change YearTotal to be Stored, and cannot move BegBalance back to the first, the only way is
