Looking to create a custom role from scratch that ONLY has access to My Client Groups -> Document Records.

Content (required):

HI, I am trying to create a role that only has access to My Client Groups version of Document Records so the people in this role can review and edit some COVID-19 documentation. We have created a role and granted it access to some document record privileges however the screen the test ID has is blank (Attached picture).

When we add an Employee role or an HR Analyst/Specialist role to the user as well, we get the UI to appear, but this has been deemed to have too much access by our business line.
