Cannot create a VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro because you have reached your limit.

Summary:

Cannot create a VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro because you have reached your limit, even tho I do not have any active compute instances

Content (required):

Hi

I am hitting this error message when trying to create always free compute instance.

"Cannot create a VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro because you have reached your limit. "

As far as I understand, my tenancy have a limit of 2 AMD based Compute VMs with 1/8 OCPU** and 1 GB memory each.

I have deleted all other computes in all my other compartments, but the message is still showing up. Can the team please help investigate? Thanks
