Data Encryption at Rest

Summary:

What is the current position as to how EPM Cloud treats Data Encryption at Rest

Content (required):

Hi All,

Is the following still correct as to how EPM Cloud Enterprise treats Data Encryption at Rest:-

1. By default, all EPM Databases are TDE(Translation Data encription) enabled.

2. Essbase metadata at rest is stored in the encrypted relational repository.

This infers that the essbase cell related information would be effectively unusable as the related metadata is encrypted.

Does anyone know if this is still the case or is there any further encryption at any level in the platform?

Thanks
