How to default Project Date Cascade Option from Project Template

Content (required):

Edit Project Template --> Basic Information --> Cascade Option --> change to "Cascade project finish date change to affected tasks" and save.

Open again and it is defaulted to "Don't cascade project date changes to tasks".

Is it feasible to make the cascade option as "Cascade project finish date change to affected tasks" in Project template, so that the projects created will have this cascade option by default.

It is very tedious to change for each project.
