Supplier Field Changes Rejection

Content (required): Hello: Hello: We uploaded an update for both SupplierImportTemplate (to change Tax Organization Type and the Federal Reportable fields for some of suppliers) and the SupplierSiteImportTemplate (to change the Income Tax Reporting field).

On the few rejects we rec'd, I can't determine why it has the error, "The value provided is invalid". The spreadsheet was created from a report of the supplier file, so the supplier names should be exactly the same in the spreadsheet sheet as in the supplier file.

I tried adding the supplier number to the field for the ones rejected. I changed the batchID, resaved the spreadsheet with a different name and purged the interface table; then I tried to run the Load Interface File for Import, and it errors saying "data file has already been downloaded".
